Full strip-outs, cosmetic refreshes, and everything in between are priced individually, because a bathroom that only needs new tiles and fittings costs a fraction of one that needs new waterproofing, drainage and a layout change. Both get the same standard: correctly lapped and tested membrane, tiling to fall, and a written record of what’s under the finish before it’s covered up.

A standard full strip-out typically runs 3–5 weeks from demolition to handover, depending on layout changes, tile lead times and whether anything unexpected turns up once the old waterproofing comes off. You'll get a realistic timeline in your written quote, not a best-case guess.
Do I need to move out during the renovation?
Most homes have a second bathroom or toilet, so most clients stay put. If yours doesn't, we'll flag that during the on-site inspection and talk through options before you sign anything.
