Kitchen Renovation

$1,800–$4,500/m²

A kitchen renovation touches more trades than almost any other room — cabinetry, benchtops, splashback, plumbing, electrical, and often gas — which is exactly where handover gaps between subcontractors turn into delays. We run it as one coordinated project with one point of contact, not a chain of separate bookings you have to manage yourself.

Layout is the first real decision: keep the existing footprint or move the sink, cooktop and fridge to something that actually works for how you cook. That decision affects plumbing and electrical costs more than any finish choice, so it’s the first thing we work through at your on-site inspection.

From there it’s cabinetry style and finish, benchtop material, splashback, and whether appliances are supplied by you or sourced by us. Every one of those choices gets priced individually and itemised in your written quote — so you can see exactly what’s driving the number, not just a total.

FAQ

What are my benchtop options after the engineered stone ban?

Engineered (composite) stone benchtops were banned from sale and fabrication in Australia from 1 July 2024 over silicosis risk to fabricators. Porcelain, natural stone, laminate and solid surface are all still available and each has a different price and durability profile — we'll walk you through the trade-offs during your quote, not just hand you a swatch book.

Can I supply my own appliances?

Yes. We'll coordinate installation either way — supplied by you or ordered by us — but let us know early, because appliance dimensions drive cabinetry measurements.

How much disruption is there to daily cooking?

A full kitchen renovation typically means 3–5 weeks without a working kitchen. We'll talk through a temporary setup (bench, sink access, fridge relocation) as part of planning, not as an afterthought on day one.
