Renovation work from $250 per m² — with a fixed written quote before we start.
Starting rate applies to cosmetic and light-scope work such as flooring, painting and surface refresh in accessible areas. Wet areas, structural work and full renovations are priced higher because of waterproofing, plumbing, electrical and compliance requirements. Every project is quoted individually after a free on-site inspection.
Not every room needs a renovation — sometimes new flooring, a proper paint job and some patching is genuinely the right call, and it’s the fastest, most affordable work we do. This is our entry-level price point, and it exists because a straightforward cosmetic job shouldn’t cost the same, or take the same time, as a wet area or structural project.
The trade-off for the lower price is scope: this covers accessible rooms with no plumbing, electrical or structural changes. The moment any of those are involved — even in a room that looks simple — the job moves into a different pricing band, because compliance work (waterproofing, wiring, permits) drives real cost regardless of room size.
Removal of existing flooring, levelling or screed where needed, ceilings and trims, and colour selection help are all available as part of the scope. Every job still gets a fixed written quote after a short on-site look — even the fast ones.

Cosmetic work is anything in an accessible room that doesn't touch plumbing, electrical or structure — new flooring, paint, patching and surface repairs. The moment a wet area, structural change or full renovation is involved, it moves into a different pricing band because of the compliance work involved. We'll always tell you which one your job actually is.

Yes — colour selection assistance is part of the service if you want it, or we'll work strictly to a brief if you already know what you want.
