Laundry & Small Wet Areas
Quoted per project
Laundries and small wet areas don’t get the attention bathrooms and kitchens do, but they carry the same underlying risks — plumbing, drainage and moisture in a small footprint — with a much smaller budget to work with. That combination is exactly where a rushed job shows up fastest, as a musty smell or a soft floor a year later.
We treat these as fixed-scope packages: standalone or combined with a bathroom, new tub and cabinetry, dryer mounting sorted properly instead of screwed into whatever’s nearby, and any plumbing changes documented before the walls close up again.
Because the scope is usually well-defined, these are some of the fastest jobs we run start to finish — which also makes them a good way to see how we work before committing to something larger.

FAQ
Can a laundry renovation happen while the rest of the house is untouched?
Yes — it's one of the fastest jobs we do precisely because it's usually self-contained. Most laundry renovations run 1–2 weeks, water access permitting.
Do you combine laundries with the main bathroom?
Sometimes it makes sense, especially in older homes with a separate wash-house layout. We'll tell you honestly if combining doesn't save you anything, rather than upselling a bigger job.
What if there's an old, undocumented plumbing run behind the wall?
It happens more often in laundries than almost anywhere else in the house. We flag it the moment it's found and quote the variation before proceeding, not after.
